Core Strand Consulting provides paid project-based consulting, assessments, and implementation support. This policy applies to fees invoiced by Core Strand Consulting Co., Ltd. (บริษัท Core Strand Consulting จำกัด).

Deposits and cancellations
If a statement of work requires a deposit, cancellation more than fourteen (14) calendar days before the start date may receive a full deposit refund minus reasonable administrative costs already incurred. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days may forfeit the deposit unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Fixed-fee assessments
If we have not started substantive analysis, you may cancel within five (5) business days of payment for a full refund. After work begins, fees are non-refundable but we may credit unused portions toward a rescheduled engagement.
Time-and-materials work
Billed hours for work already performed are non-refundable. Prepaid blocks unused within the agreed validity period may be refunded pro rata minus a ten percent (10%) processing fee.
Non-refundable items
Third-party costs, travel already booked, and deliverables accepted in writing are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email info@corestrand.digital with your invoice number and reason. We respond within ten (10) business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days.
Disputes
We aim to resolve concerns directly. Thai consumer protection laws may also apply to eligible transactions.
